Role Summary
L2/L3 support for Argus Safety Suite, ensuring stability, compliance, and pharmacovigilance (PV) operations continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect resolution
- Regulatory reporting (FDA, EMA, PMDA)
- System monitoring and batch job support
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Support patches, upgrades, and releases
- Audit readiness and documentation
Required Skills
- Argus Safety Suite (v8.x+)
- Pharmacovigilance processes
- SQL / Basic PL/SQL
- E2B (R2/R3), MedDRA, WHO Drug
- GxP / CSV compliance
- Incident management tools
Key Requirement: Strong understanding of PV operations and regulatory compliance.
