Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management (HCM). You’ll drive cross-pillar coordination, project governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless, successful implementation for clients.
Your day-to-day
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations across Financials, SCM, and HCM, driving integrated planning, design, testing, and deployment;
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating specific milestones for configuration, conversions, security, integrations, and cutover;
Lead Oracle environment strategy across multi-pillar implementations, ensuring coordinated use of PROD, TEST, and DEV instances to support delivery and change management;
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Oracle account managers, proactively removing delivery blockers and fostering a strong, collaborative relationship focused on resolving Service Requests, supporting AI and Redwood adoption, and ensuring effective ERP instance management;
Direct cross-functional Oracle Cloud delivery teams and coordinate distributed resources across multiple projects and time zones to ensure successful execution;
Manage program financials including partner spend, internal effort forecasts, burn rate, variance analysis, and adherence to project budgets and subscription timelines;
Govern project scope, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing executive reporting and steering committee updates;
Collaborate with business process owners, SMEs, and client project management to ensure solutions align with business requirements and strategic objectives;
Oversee testing, data conversion, integration development, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization activities to support successful go-live outcomes;
Foster a motivated, collaborative delivery environment across global and hybrid teams, promoting accountability, transparency, and productivity.
Keys to your success
Bachelor's degree or higher;
At least 3 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience;
At least 5 years of ERP project management experience;
Expertise with Microsoft productivity tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and OneNote;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and SharePoint;
Ability to thrive in projects characterized by iterative design, accelerated timelines, and frequent solution refinement across functional and technical workstreams;
Superior written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, influence outcomes, and adapt to evolving client demands in fast-paced project environments.
