Oracle Cloud HCM Tester

we are looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Tester is responsible for testing Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management applications to ensure that HR business processes, configurations, integrations, reports, and workflows function correctly before deployment.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Perform functional testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
2. Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
3. Execute manual testing across different HCM modules.
4. Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing and end-to-end testing.
5. Validate employee hiring, transfer, promotion, termination and other HR transactions.
6. Test workflows, approvals, alerts, notifications and business rules.
7. Validate data migration and data conversion from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM.
8. Test integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
9. Validate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
10. Identify, log, track and retest defects.
11. Support Oracle quarterly release testing.
12. Coordinate with functional consultants, developers and business users.
