Oracle DevOps Architect
Key of responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead end-to-end cloud implementation projects, including infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, and system integration.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Python, Bash, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes (OKE).
Manage and enforce OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), including policies, dynamic groups, user roles, and security governance.
Architect and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other enterprise applications.
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, storage, and platform services to ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud, integration, security, and DevOps best practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
5-7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
At least three (3) end-to-end OCI implementation projects with proven experience in cloud architecture, deployment, and migration activities.
Strong expertise in OCI services, including Networking, IAM, Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Cloud Guard, and other PaaS offerings.
Proficient in Python, Bash, Java, or Ruby for automation, scripting, and infrastructure management.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, storage services, and configuration management tools.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle SaaS Functional Architecture, Oracle Fusion Security, BI Publisher/OTBI, and Integration Architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
