Oracle Integration Architect

Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱160,000 per month

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Integration Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise integration solutions across Oracle ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end Oracle technical integration implementations, define scalable integration architectures, and drive secure, reliable data exchange across cloud and enterprise systems. You will leverage Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), APIs, and advanced orchestration patterns to deliver business-critical solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior Oracle technical professional with strong hands-on implementation experience, deep integration architecture expertise, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture and Solution Design: Define end-to-end integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, application-driven, and scheduled integration patterns.

• Technical Development and Configuration: Build and configure complex OIC orchestrations, integrations, adapters, and projects using REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, XPath, PL/SQL, and Oracle ERP/HCM connectors. Apply OIC AI capabilities where appropriate.

• OCI Integration and API Security: Design integrations leveraging OCI services, including API Gateway, OCI Events, Object Storage, Notifications, and other PaaS components. Implement secure API contracts, OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication, private endpoints, rate limiting, and OpenAPI Specification (OAS) 3.0 standards.

• End-to-End Implementation Leadership: Lead integration projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical workshops to development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production hypercare.

• Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting: Investigate integration failures, payload errors, and performance bottlenecks; conduct root cause analysis; and implement improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle technical integration implementations.

• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP technical implementation projects, with exposure across multiple domains such as ERP, SCM, and HCM.

• Deep proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including complex orchestrations, adapters, integration projects, and integration lifecycle management.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XSLT mappings, XPath, PL/SQL, and DBMS_CLOUD jobs.

• In-depth understanding of OCI integration architecture and cloud services, including API Gateway, OCI Events, Object Storage, and Notifications.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and bulk data upload tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

• Familiarity with Oracle SaaS Functional Architecture, Oracle Fusion Security, Groovy scripting, SaaS customization, and Oracle SaaS technical configuration.

• Experience implementing integration security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, private endpoints, API rate limiting, and OAS 3.0.

• Understanding of enterprise data privacy standards and secure integration practices.

• Excellent communication and technical workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
