Oracle Integration Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role will work across multiple Oracle domains and be responsible for integration architecture, development, security, deployment, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  
• Develop appropriate integration patterns, including:
  

Synchronous
Asynchronous
Event-driven
Batch/scheduled integrations

• Build complex integration orchestrations and configure Oracle integration adapters, including REST, SOAP, Kafka, Oracle ERP, and HCM.
  
• Configure OIC Projects and leverage available OIC AI capabilities where appropriate.
  
• Establish and enforce integration standards, API contracts, and security policies.
  
• Support secure integration architectures using OAS 3.0, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
  
• Implement and maintain private endpoints for integration connections.
  
• Lead integration projects and enhancements from requirements gathering and discovery workshops through deployment, SIT/UAT, and production hypercare.
  
• Troubleshoot integration and payload errors, identify performance issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
  
• Facilitate technical workshops and translate complex business processes into clear technical specifications.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle technical integration implementations.
  
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle technical implementation projects across multiple domains such as ERP, SCM, and HCM.
  
• Strong proficiency in:
  

REST/SOAP APIs
XSLT Mapping
XPath
OIC Projects
OIC AI capabilities

• Strong experience with complex integration patterns, including event-based, application-driven, and scheduled orchestrations.
  
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and DBMS Cloud Jobs.
  
• Deep understanding of OCI integration architecture and PaaS services such as:
  

API Gateway
OCI Events
Object Storage
Notifications

• Knowledge of integration security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, rate limiting, OAS 3.0, and data privacy standards.
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher.
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle bulk upload technologies, including HDL and FBDI.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service is a plus.
