Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support & Order Management Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in daily Order Management activities and the order fulfillment process
- Cooperating with dealers across the region and responding to order-related inquiries
- Coordinating communication between dealers, factories, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Supporting the resolution of order-, delivery-, and customer-related issues
Our requirements
- You are a university student, preferably in Economics, Logistics, Finances or a related field
- You have a strong command of English
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong organizational and communication skills
- You are responsible, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders in an international business environment
