Order Management Specialist with Spanish
- Prepare and process customer offers using dedicated tools and systems.
- Manage customer orders in ERP/SAP systems, including order entry, verification, and release.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
- Support claim management processes, including registration, coordination, and commercial closure of claims.
- Create and maintain accurate customer and order-related documentation.
- Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or order management tools will be considered an asset.
