Order tracking Specialist

Job Description:

The Order Tracking Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team. The

Order Tracking specialist is responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma

• Experience with 485's (Preferred)

• Accepting candidates Bilingual Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Russian, Bengali or Hindu

• Experience with customer service

• Experience with high volume coordination

• Flexibility with working over-time as needed

• Home care experience/CHHA a plus
