Quick Look Pay: $40 per hour Location: 4236 SW Kirklawn Ave, Topeka, KS, 66609-1257 Schedule: varies, approx 48-52 hour per week. Busiest dispatch days Fri and Sun, varies based on volume - 12-14 DOT hours Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation After obtaining your CDL, you have the ability to work up to 14 hours a day and drive a tractor trailer for extended periods of time, up to 11 hours per day, with or without a reasonable accommodation Safely deliver beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked for your community. What You’ll Do Complete paid driver training designed for candidates with little to no Class-A CDL operating experience Work toward successful completion of a Truck Driving CDL program, with Frito-Lay covering some or all eligible training costs Safely operate a tractor/trailer after training and transport products to and from Frito-Lay facilities, grocery stores, rural storage units, vendor locations, backhaul locations, and other traffic centers Load and unload trailers using manual methods, palletized loading/unloading, four-wheeled carts, or a two-wheeler as needed Complete delivery paperwork, logs, invoices, manifests, proof of receipt, returns, and pre- and post-trip truck inspections What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
