Your first 10 days out are paid at 80¢ CPM (team rate). Beginning Day 11, your pay automatically increases to 88¢ CPM (team rate) and stays there for every mile you run until you return home. On top of that, you can earn up to an additional 2.5¢ CPM through our monthly safety bonus program.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to operate as part of a professional driving team
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, road test, background check, and meet company hiring standards
