Outbound Sales Representative | Consumer Goods

Overview
Our client supplies consumer housewares, kitchen utensils, home goods, and general merchandise to supermarkets across the United States and is looking to grow its footprint with smaller accounts such as convenience stores, gas stations and other retailers across the USA.
They are looking for a driven and confident Outbound Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and order placement. This role is a high-activity, phone-based sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling 100 outbound cold calls per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100 outbound calls per day
- Work provided leads while also prospecting and generating new leads independently
- Manage the entire sales cycle :
- Prospecting and qualifying accounts
- Product presentation and pricing discussions
- Negotiation and objection handling
- Closing sales and taking orders end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers
- Accurately document activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily call targets, sales goals, and revenue KPIs
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales
- Experience selling to retail, convenience stores, gas stations, or small businesses preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive)
- Basic CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
