Position Overview
We are seeking both experienced installation crews and motivated individuals looking to grow into a skilled trade to support our expanding outdoor living division.
Our team installs high-end motorized screen shade systems, custom pergola integrations, and specialty exterior products for luxury residential clients. These projects require precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.
We offer two paths:
- Experienced Crews – Immediate project ownership and high earning potential
- Trainable Installers – Hands-on training with a path to leading your own crew
Compensation & Opportunity

Responsibilities
For Installation Crews
- Complete projects from start to finish with high attention to detail
- Install motorized screen shades, pergola systems, and exterior enclosures
- Connect, program, and test all motorized components
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
- Install custom build-outs as needed for proper system function
- Install cedar fixed screens and aluminum extruded screens
- Any callbacks within 90 days must be completed within 30 days or less
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction
For Trainable Installers
- Assist with installation of motorized screen shade systems
- Learn measuring, mounting, wiring, and programming
- Support installation of outdoor structures and custom components
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Develop skills to transition into a lead installer role
Qualifications
Experienced Crews
- Proven experience with screens, shades, pergolas, or similar systems
- Ability to operate independently and manage projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in high-end residential environments preferred
Trainable Candidates
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in developing a long-term career in installation
Requirements (All Applicants)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
- YOU MUST CARE about quality and the finished product
For Crews:
- Truck or trailer with roof racks capable of carrying 20’ materials
- Active workers’ compensation insurance
- Professional-grade tools
