Scope of Work:
Provide labor and materials for installation and/or replacement of exterior trim components. This includes trim around windows, doors, corners, fascia, soffits, and other architectural elements.
Provide labor and materials for installation and/or replacement of exterior trim components. This includes trim around windows, doors, corners, fascia, soffits, and other architectural elements.
Work Includes:
- Removal of existing trim (if applicable)
- Surface preparation and inspection of substrate
- Installation of new exterior-grade trim (wood, PVC, or fiber cement)
- Proper fastening and alignment for weather resistance
- Sealing of joints, seams, and penetrations with exterior-grade caulk
- Priming and/or painting (if specified)
- Cleanup and disposal of debris
Exclusions (unless noted):
- Structural repairs to framing
- Full siding replacement
- Painting beyond trim scope
