Outside Sales Representative

We're looking for a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The right candidate will bring solid knowledge of waterworks products and industry best practices, along with a talent for building strong, lasting customer relationships. In this role, you’ll focus on growing our client base, uncovering new sales opportunities, and delivering outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.

STAline Waterworks is a Charlotte, NC based distributor of waterworks products and related items to contractors and municipalities. Our focus is on building strong and trusted relationships with our customers by delivering superior service, quality products and dynamic solutions. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with emphasis on driving revenue growth
• Extensive knowledge about waterworks products strongly preferred
• Effective use of negotiation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, or public
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
