Overseas Pre-sales Engineer(fluent in Chinese)

1. Communicate with customers to identify project requirements and propose proper solutions to secure projects.

2. Deliver technical training on products to help customers get familiar with product solutions quickly.

3. Compile product technical documentation to guide customers on product configuration.

4. Timely resolve customers’ daily technical issues of products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science & Engineering such as Computer Science, Electronics and Communications is preferred.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in testing or technical pre-sales support. Candidates with background in smart hardware, communication, security and electronics industries are preferred.

3. Strong language proficiency, fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for daily work.

4. Good communication skills, excellent analytical & summarizing capabilities and strong teamwork spirit.
