Product & Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Product & Pre-Sales support team.

The successful candidate will support both product engineering and pre-sales functions by engaging customers to understand their requirements, helping define product features, coordinating with distributors, and providing technical support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, technical support, or product management roles

• Experience working with telecommunication/Internet networking product or infrastructure

• Strong written and communication skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Gather customer and market requirements to help define product features and support go-to-market strategies.

• Provide technical pre-sales support, including customer presentations and live software demonstrations.

• Assist with pricing and coordinate with distributors on software orders.

• Work closely with engineering and sales teams

• Support customer deployments and technical enquiries
