Job Description:
- Raise brand awareness and knowledge, increase performance, and enhance the employee experience.
- Educate CSRs on Verizon Brand core values.
- Build Verizon brand recognition by successfully promoting why Verizon is the brand of choice.
- Provide subject matter expertise, energy, and excitement around new products, pricing, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
• Open to Mentors and Coaches
• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and related applications
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, leadership, professional maturity, communication skills and
ability to work independently
• At least an average of 90 % attendance and passing scorecard (at least 3.0) for the past 3 months
• No disciplinary actions and/or program-specific infraction for the past 3 month
