Pacific Site Lead
About the Role
Full-time, on-site Pacific Site Lead based in the Honolulu metropolitan area. Serve as the primary on-the-ground representative responsible for daily client-site operations and the successful execution of mission objectives.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for issue resolution, escalation management, and operational continuity.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders (customers, engineering, PM, security/compliance) to define and execute action plans that meet mission deployment and continuity objectives.
- Own the on-site incident triage and resolution pipeline; manage escalations, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain service continuity in line with mission requirements.
- Conduct technical/engineering walkthroughs and working sessions to validate requirements, confirm integration points, and demonstrate capabilities; translate operational needs into actionable technical tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain situational awareness of on-site systems, network dependencies, and data flows; document issues, mitigations, and runbooks to support repeatable operations and rapid recovery.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience as a Site Lead, Forward Support Representative, Field Support, or similar client-facing onsite role.
Security Clearance
- Current TS/SCI security clearance required.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Experience supporting DoD/DoW, the Intelligence Community, or defense-related environments.
- Comfortable working onsite daily in a customer environment.
- Capable of supporting simple engineering/technical tasks and walking through procedures with users (e.g., basic troubleshooting, validation steps, assisting with straightforward technical implementations).
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and capability to manage priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with defense or government operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
General Factors
- Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
- Willing to travel, if needed.
- No Relocation.
