We are hiring Seasonal Packers to support our busy holiday season! If you're dependable, ready to work, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, this is a great opportunity to earn additional income during the season.

We currently have openings on 1st and 2nd Shift, with total pay up to $19.00 per hour.

Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Base Pay: $15.50/hour
• Seasonal Incentive: +$1.50/hour
• Total Pay: $17.00/hour

2nd Shift

Sunday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–1:00 AM

• Base Pay: $15.50/hour
• Seasonal Incentive: +$1.50/hour
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Total Pay: $19.00/hour

Overtime and additional workdays may be required based on peak-season business needs.

Position Summary

The Packer is primarily responsible for packing customer orders using an assigned pack station. This position spends most of the day working independently, pulling totes from a conveyor and carefully preparing customer orders for shipment.

Packers must understand how each order should be packed, handle products with care, and work efficiently to meet established productivity and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pack individual customer orders while working at a stationary pack station
• Pull totes from the conveyor and prepare orders for shipment
• Understand packing requirements and handle products with care
• Use and restock shipping materials at pack stations
• Safely handle and use dry ice as needed
• Meet or exceed department units-per-hour productivity standards
• Follow all safety, security, and SQF requirements
• Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance
• Work overtime, extended hours, and additional days as required during peak periods
• Work to established standards in departments outside of Configurable Gifts when needed
• Perform additional duties and support other departments as assigned

Education & Skills

• Some high school education or equivalent preferred
• Basic reading and counting skills
• Ability to learn and use RF scanners on a daily basis
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow packing instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to maintain reliable attendance

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on warehouse and production position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling packages weighing up to 30 lbs continuously
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Walk and stand throughout an 8–10 hour shift
• Stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb as required
• Use ladders and repeatedly climb stairs throughout the workday
• Use hand pallet jacks with payloads of 2,500+ lbs

Peak Season Expectations

Our holiday season is a high-volume production period. Associates must be flexible and available to support changing business needs, which may include:

• Overtime
• Extended workdays
• Additional workdays during the week
• Supporting other departments as assigned
