Assist Bosch's UX team in Warsaw by creating wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, supporting user‑centered design processes, research, and cross‑functional workshops under senior mentorship.
Scope of Activities – Your contribution to something big
Join our UX team to gain hands-on practical experience under senior mentorship, assisting in the development of intuitive, human-centered digital solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will assist the team with:
• Supporting UI/UX Design Execution: Assisting with the creation of wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translating Needs into Interfaces: Helping turn user needs and business requirements into clear user flows and usable interface layouts.
• Double Diamond Support: Assisting across design stages, from discovery and ideation to detailed design asset delivery.
• UX Research Support: Assisting with usability testing sessions and helping synthesize qualitative/quantitative feedback into actionable design iterations.
• Collaborative Participation: Engaging in cross-functional design workshops, design critiques, and alignment sessions with development teams.
• Student Status: Currently enrolled student in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media / Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• UI/UX Design Skills: Hands-on ability to translate user needs into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Design Tools: Solid foundational command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, responsive layouts, prototyping).
• Methodological Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the Double Diamond framework and core User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
• Research Knowledge: Good understanding of foundational UX research methodologies and data synthesis techniques.
• Mindset & Empathy: Strong user-centered empathy, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive mentoring and feedback.
