📍 Location:
This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).
✨ Your Role
Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
Continuously testing and rotating creatives.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
Conducting experiments to refine strategies and creative approaches.
Contributing data-driven insights to the creative development process.
Managing tracking, reporting and automation of campaign performance.
Presenting actionable insights and performance results to key stakeholders.
💡 What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau or similar).
Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
Fluent proficiency in English.
🚀Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
