Pallet Jack Operator - Belgravia (Days)

Operate a pallet jack to move product bins in a food processing facility, track weights, and ensure quality and food safety compliance during shifts.
Job Description
Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour
9:30am-6:00pm +OT
(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
- Transportation of product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler, as well as other packaging areas
- Track and record net weight of bins/pallets of product and label with the correct date, shift, and product description
- Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
- Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to perform inspection on a pallet jack
- Must pass a pallet jack test in order to receive pallet jack license
- Must pass a level 2 POET test in order to perform job
- Maintain management standards
