Parametric / Computational Designer

Summary

Designs parametric architectural concepts using Rhino/Grasshopper and visualizes them with 3D tools, collaborating with global firms to push sustainable, high-value solutions.

As Parametric/Computational Designer, you will be part of a dynamic new design practice. You will lead a team that develops concepts/geometry and visual communication working and collaborating local and international architectural and engineering firms.


Your key responsibilities will be:

· 3-D computer modelling and rendering skills (Rhino, 3DS Max, VRay, Maxwell)

· Proficiency in Rhinoceros

· Parametric Design through Grasshopper

· Capable skills with presentation software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

· Geometric visualization skills to visualize architectural and engineering concepts.

· Research and Development (R&D) for new parametric applications

· Client/collaborator engagement


Skills and qualifications:

· Experience in related field(s) such as Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Computer Science, or a design related field.

· 3years of experience using digital and parametric design tools

· Experience in Rhino/Grasshopper and/or another form of coding is essential, knowledge of Revit and/or Dynamo is preferred.

· Able to present concepts to a high standard using graphic design.
