Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate part-marking equipment to accurately mark components according to customer and company specifications.
- Read and follow work instructions, routers, certification paperwork, and basic blueprints.
- Complete production documentation, including job logs, material pick lists, and disposition tags.
- Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Communicate equipment, material, or supply concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time 3rd shift 11:00-7:00am (Sunday thru Thursday)
Work Environment:
- Occasionally working in high or low temperatures
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally moderate decibels
- Occasionally works in hazardous conditions PPE may be required
