Position Type: Part Time-Generally 20-30 hours weekly.

General Summary:

This position works under the direction of the Finance Director. Responsible for all accounts payable functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages accounts payable; processes invoices ensuring proper account codes, and cuts checks according to internal control process.
Utilizes Positive Pay on the banking website.
Reconciles corporate credit cards.
Helps with Year End Financial audit as necessary.
Helps with budget unput as necessary.
Maintains W-9 file for 1099 vendors.
Maintain accurate confidential records.
Other duties as outlined by the Finance Director.
