Part- Time Kitchen Assistant
New- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient portioning.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Dispose of waste and keep rubbish disposal areas clean.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
