Are you outgoing, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations? Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking Part-Time Lead Generators / Customer Service Representatives to represent our company at retail locations, community events, and promotional activities.

You’ll introduce homeowners to our water treatment services, answer general questions, and connect interested customers with our sales team. No prior sales or water treatment experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Engage shoppers and event attendees in friendly, professional conversations.
• Introduce Atlantic Blue’s water treatment products and services.
• Identify interested customers, qualify leads, and collect accurate contact information.
• Enter lead information using company procedures and electronic devices.
• Answer general questions and share customer feedback with management.
• Work toward established lead-generation and performance goals.
• Set up, maintain, and break down promotional displays and materials.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized display area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Comfort approaching shoppers and starting conversations
• Ability to work independently and stay engaged throughout a shift
• Accuracy when collecting and entering customer information
• Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to follow procedures
• Availability for weekends and occasional evenings
• At least 18 years old

Preferred, but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, sales, events, or lead generation.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position involves working with the public at retail stores, events, and promotional locations. Essential duties require the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts that may last up to approximately eight hours.
• Lift, carry, and move promotional materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Set up and break down tables, tents, signage, and demonstration equipment as needed.
• Use hands and arms to handle materials, complete paperwork, and operate electronic devices.
