Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Riverside, CA | $40–$45/hour

Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide in-person support to patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

Responsibilities

• Provide social work assessments and support tailored to patients’ needs
• Help patients and families navigate care resources and address psychosocial concerns
• Coordinate with facility staff and the healthcare team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California LCSW license
• Experience with older adults, medically complex patients, or palliative care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to in-person visits

Position Details

• Pay: $40–$45/hour
• Schedule: 1 day per week | 8-10 hours per day
