BODY20 Des Peres is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven individual to help grow our local fitness community!
This isn't your typical sales job. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping others discover a different approach to strength and wellness.
What You'll Do
- Generate new leads through community outreach, networking, local businesses, events, and referral partnerships.
- Respond to and follow up with prospective members from advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule introductory training experiences and help prospects take the first step.
- Build relationships, understand prospective members' goals, and recommend appropriate membership options.
- Convert interested prospects into new members.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our coaching team to create a welcoming, positive experience for every prospect.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, confident generating new business, and building local relationships.
- Comfortable asking for the sale, following up consistently and converting prospective members into paying clients.
- Genuine interest in fitness, health, wellness, or helping others improve their quality of life.
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or community outreach experience preferred, but not required.
- Candidates with demonstrated success in membership sales, community outreach, business development, or fitness/wellness sales may qualify for a higher starting rate
What We Offer
- Flexible, part-time hours.

Compensation: $17–$22 per hour, based on relevant experience, plus performance-based commissions and growth incentives.
Must live in the general St. Louis area and be available to work in the studio when not out in the community or at events.
