Part-time Motor Pool Dispatcher

The Part-time Motor Pool Dispatcher is responsible for performing the dispatching of vehicles and radios to support Terminal activities.
- Assign vehicles and radios to labor prior to shift, logging proper credentials for accountability.
- Communicate with the mechanic's shop to ensure vehicles are serviceable and sanitized.
- Report radios with communication deficiencies to the department manager.
- Report any equipment not returned or damaged with the employer's complaint filed to the Department Manager.
- Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
- Support Terminal's operations during work hours.
- Occasionally, drive through the container yard during busy conditions.
- Support the Security department's needs for additional radios or vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
