Part-Time Retail Associate – Bortz Hardware

Join the team one of the oldest hardware stores in Western Pennsylvania!

Bortz Hardware is looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and friendly Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and takes pride in providing great customer service.

Hours: Approximately 15–30 hours per week
Schedule: Various shifts, including weekdays and weekends

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions

• Operate the cash register and process transactions

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise

• Help maintain a clean and organized store

• Assist with inventory and product displays

• Learn about our products to better assist customers

• Help with other day-to-day store responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and trustworthy

• Friendly and comfortable working with customers

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends

• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

• Knowledge of hardware is not required, but would be a great asset
