Part Time Spa Therapist
The Spa Therapist administers professional facial, massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain current certifications and licenses as needed.
Position Responsibilities/ Essential Functions
Ensure all Hyatt guests and clients are positively greeted and they can proceed to their chosen activity quickly and efficiently.
Perform services and treatments including facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, pedicure, and make up, in a manner consistent with the Spa philosophies.
By providing professional, courteous and consistent service at all times, being responsible for the generation and retention of members and clients.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism and administration are maintained.
Maintain the Spa area to ensure the needs of our hotel and spa guests are met.
Promote the Spa, its services, facilities, policies and ethics at all times.
Must perform duties in a safe and professional manner. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.
The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with guests.
