The Partner Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between World of Hyatt, hotels, and our strategic partners, including Chase, airline partners, and FIND experience. This role ensures seamless support for partner and World of Hyatt related programs, hotel loyalty award redemptions (Tier 1), and member experiences, while delivering exceptional service aligned with World of Hyatt standards.
Position Responsibilities\:
- Act as key point of contact between World of Hyatt, hotels, and strategic partners to ensure accurate information sharing and effective issue resolution.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance related to World of Hyatt loyalty programs, including partner offerings, member benefits, and Tier 1 hotel award redemptions.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and concerns effectively while maintaining service levels that align with World of Hyatt and brand experience standards.
- Research, process, and resolve hotel loyalty award redemptions and partner-related requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effectively utilize multiple tools and systems simultaneously to manage partner cases, member inquires, and operational workflows while meeting productivity expectations.
- Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions while minimizing impact to members, hotels, and partners.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with internal teams, hotels, and external partners to foster strong relationships and support ongoing program success.
- Have a strong understanding of World of Hyatt and partner relationships.
