Partnership and Preferred Banking Strategic Alliance Manager SG
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Promote bank's suite of depository products and services to partners/introducers
- Conduct KYC on introducers in accordance to bank's AML guidelines and regulations
- Establish Partner's/introducer's prospect base
- Provide timely and efficient follow up on all matters pertaining to partnership, including events curation
- Ensure compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups.
- To better enhance the CVP differentiation in relation to external competition.
- Generate specialty events for client engagement
- Curate event to access partners' client base
- Garner RSVP for events
- Track after event follow-up and achieve pre-set ROI on respective events
Business Performance and Management
- Effective leads tracking process for all events and initiative done by Preferred Acquisition Team
- RSVP process & inform relevant cross-functional teams on upcoming events in a timely manner
- Gift fulfilment process for sign-up campaigns
- Thorough understanding of Client Value Proposition and product offerings across industry and able to do competitive analysis
- General understanding on product suites across the industry
People Management
- Main point of contact for partners, and duty will include partners engagement and business development
- Ability to relate the relevant ROEs in relation to partners in each countries across the region
- Build and maintain long term relationship with internal & external partners is a key factor for success in this role
Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with all internal policies, procedures, processes as well as regulatory requirements
- Attend all trainings
Requirements:
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
- Relevant accreditations (M1B, M5, M6, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) would be an advantage
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years relevant experience in banking/financial/hospitality industry, experiences in partnership & event management is preferred
Track record of excellence, self motivated & results driven
Proven ability to bring in own sources of acquisition
Excellent relationship management & communication skills to engage customer of all levels with assertiveness
Commercial acumen - Knowledge of the market, current market trends, competitive behavior & strategy
Effectively bi-lingual, ability to converse in foreign languages would be an advantage
- Ability to travel to regional countries for business trips when required
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
