Experience:

3 years+ of relevant experience in EV/fintech/mobility ecosystem companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage partnerships with NBFCs, banks, OEMs, fleets, and mobility partners.

- Act as the Key Account Manager (KAM) for financial institution partners.

- Drive onboarding, relationship management, partner growth, and revenue expansion.

- Sell Chargeups technology, intelligence, and connected mobility solutions to enterprise customers.

- Work closely with credit, operations, product, and tech teams for partner integration and execution.

- Negotiate commercials, partnership structures, and operational SLAs.

- Identify new business opportunities across EV financing, battery intelligence, and connected mobility.

Reporting To: CEO

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage senior external stakeholders and close strategic partnerships.
