🌟 The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded professional to take ownership of key client partnerships within our travel insurance network. In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of excellent outcomes. From driving product governance and SLA oversight to supporting growth opportunities and managing new initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships and helping both our clients and our business succeed.
Operating as the point of contact for assigned customers
Onboarding clients – they’ll be either directly authorised, Appointed Representatives or Introducer Appointed Representatives
Implementing contractual requirements, conducting SLA oversight with reporting to both clients and the business
Providing oversight of clients within our AR network, RAG reporting and escalation
Meeting regularly with clients to support business, you’ll also handle and resolve queries that arise, liaising with appropriate SMEs within the business
Maintaining product governance with oversight on ensuring the product is fit for purpose through customer outcomes reporting and FVAs
Identifying and implementing opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Supporting multiple clients concurrently with competing deadlines
Running business information reports and assisting with invoicing and financial queries
Co-ordinating marketing sign offs and scheduling
Project manage product developments, pricing initiatives and new launches
Managing contracts – identifying requirements and liaising with legal teams
🌟 Essentials:
Strong experience in the Travel Insurance market and comfort working in a regulated industry
Experience and success working with external partners to deliver targeted outcomes
Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals
Strong verbal, written and numeracy skills
Understanding partner needs and fostering trust
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Tableau/Power BI
Strong awareness of Insurance regulatory standards and requirements
