Partnership Manager
Summary
Grow and manage the ThingsBoard partner ecosystem by recruiting and nurturing hardware vendors and consultants, while collaborating with marketing on co-marketing initiatives.
You’ll grow and manage part of the ThingsBoard partner ecosystem — hardware vendors and content creators/consultants. The most important part of this role is building long-term relationships with partners. It’s also a technical product, so you’ll learn how partners’ devices connect to the platform — a technical specialist will help you with that. You’ll work closely with the marketing team. This is a good fit if you enjoy building long-term partnerships and want to work with a complex IoT product in an international team.
Requirements:
You are great at building long-term business relationships. You stay in touch, follow up, and don’t drop people after the first contact.
Experience in B2B partnerships, sales, or business development.
Curiosity about the technical side. You don’t need an IoT or engineering background — we’ll teach you how device connectivity works. But you should enjoy figuring out how things work, not avoid it.
Upper-Intermediate English. You’ll use it every day to talk to partners.
Responsibilities:
Find and reach out to new partners, and bring them on board (a technical specialist helps you with device integration)
Build and keep strong long-term relationships with current partners
Work with the marketing team on co-marketing activities
Grow the referral network — find new affiliates and reach out to them
Set up and improve how we work with affiliates
