Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients

• Manage patient records and charting across office software

• Communicate with patients on scheduling, billing, and treatment status

• Verify insurance and maintain confidential financial records

• Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Dental Board standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience

• Insurance verification experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable in a fast paced, detail oriented environment

Bilngual - Spanish
