Patient Coordinator | Great Strides Rehabilitation | Full-Time Position

At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, the Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive top-quality care from their first point of contact to their ongoing therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly upon their arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and care delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing front desk operations.
  • Calling PCP for Plan of Cares

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to office policies.
