Patient Service Associate/ Executive (Radiology)
Summary
Front-line patient service role in a hospital radiology department handling registration, scheduling, payments, and basic patient care with rotating shifts.
You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients for the Radiology department. Your role will involve registration and scheduling of appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients. You will also provide basic nursing care for patients and assist radiographers in the procedure rooms.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’/ 'N' Level Experience in healthcare, hospitality or frontline customer service will be an advantage
Diploma holders are also welcomed to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to perform 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays (1st shift: 7.30am to 4.30pm/ 2nd shift: 12pm to 9pm)
