Your Responsibilities

• Manage clinic counter operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.
• Attend to patients' enquiries, provide information and clarify appointment or registration matters.
• Assist with patient registration and identify patients who may require additional assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of inpatient and outpatient referrals.
• Support doctors with their requests and assist with general clinic administration.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents and patient records.
• Identify patients who may require additional support and refer them to Medical Social Workers when appropriate.
• Provide financial counselling to patients during registration.
• Assist with clinic surveys and patient feedback initiatives in collaboration with the Public Relations team.
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness within the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant or Clinic Operations Executive.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable and comfortable interacting with patients from different backgrounds.
• Organised, meticulous and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Willing to support both patient-facing services and general administrative duties.
