Patient Service Associate, Patient Financial Services

You will provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling to all SGH patients.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline

• Prior work experience in customer service will be an advantage

• Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-oriented and must be comfortable working with invoices and number

• Supervisory experience is preferred
