About the Role

Arksego Nigeria Limited is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage employee payroll processing, maintain accurate records, resolve salary-related issues and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain reliable payroll records and documentation.
• Resolve salary-related complaints and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with PAYE, pension contributions and other statutory requirements.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or security services company.
• Experience managing payroll for a large or dispersed workforce is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian payroll procedures and statutory deductions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll or accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
