Payroll US Senior Analyst

Responsibilities The Opportunity The main purpose of the role is to supervise US payroll services leveraging Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities. These services are currently providing support for +20k employees to analyze bonuses compensation incidences and ensure correct payment whilst complying to agreed SLAs. Your Impact Guarantee US portfolio services for Payroll Inputs execution. Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations. Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes. Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency. Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person. Ensure proper execution of payroll processes through operational team: Receive variable payments and validate fulfilment of requirements Capture records information in payroll system Ensure payroll meets operation controls Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for (Employee Changes / Terminations/Payroll Inputs)processes Plan and overview work load of extended team Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement Act as point person for (Payroll processes) audits Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field At leat 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable) Functional knowledge for human resources processes (desirable) 1 years experience supervising inviduals with task completion and work load distribution (desirable) Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Strong English oral and written communication skills Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time Strong knowledge in continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma / TOC, etc..)
