PC Fixology Area Manager

\: Fixology Area Manager should manage his assigned area operations of the workshops and achieve targets. Monitor all sites Of assigned area (Sales – Quality – Reports – Invoices – Warehouses – attendance – Absenteeism – Lateness – Achieve Targets – Follow up Complaints – Communication between other departments – Monitor work process).

• Monitor daily operating control reports.
• Ensure the proper usage of the company resources and reduce expenses.
• Set the customer satisfaction level target.
• Add a mobile service to the offering of smart repair to facilitate the operation for the customers.
• Audit use of equipment and evaluation of equipment specifications.
• Handle the complaints that are difficult for engineers to solve.
• Monitor the monthly target daily for all locations and asses the expected achievement.

• Monitor reasons for repeated jobs and the overall quality of the jobs done.
• Maintain methods of tracking productivity, efficiency, and work quality, monitoring it consistently.

• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
