PC Sales Planning and Logistics Manager

· Monitoring and confirming the order placement process.

· Creating PC collective finance plan, while following up on all stakeholders to communicate the results with the suppliers to allocate production and shipment plans accordingly.

· Acquiring top management approval on the PC order.

· Reviewing and validating the stocks of the CBU and CKD for the whole PC Sales.

· Monitor the timely update of the reservation system with all the needed data to ensure a smooth reservation process is in place.

· Works jointly with the IT to successfully automate the order management process.

· Monitors the process of data collection for all due reports.

· Ensures timely & accurate submission of all due reports.

· Enhances existing reports to ensure the useful presentation of the available data.

· Develops new reports, if needed, to better demonstrate the reports’ findings.

· Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

· Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.

· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
