PECI Integration Consultant
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday Payroll Integrations, primarily focusing on PECI, PICOF, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Payroll Interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate transmission of employee data from Workday to third-party payroll systems.
- Configure and maintain payroll mappings, eligibility rules, calculated fields, and data transformation logic.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday integration solutions.
- Develop and support payroll-related inbound and outbound integrations using various Workday tools and web services.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide both functional and technical support for payroll integrations.
- Monitor integration runs, investigate errors, and resolve interface failures to ensure data accuracy and process reliability.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, support SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel testing, and validate payroll data accuracy.
- Support deployment activities, migration, and post-production stabilization of payroll integrations.
- Provide L2/L3 AMS and production support, including proactive monitoring and addressing scheduled integration failures.
- Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and payroll data security standards.
- Possess strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Preferred: Workday Integration Certification and experience with global payroll or third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Ceridian).
- 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years of Workday Integration and strong expertise in PECI/PICOF and payroll integrations.
- Additional skills: Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Reporting, and XSLT/XML.
