Forward Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Peer Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Peer Support Program while providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to Peer Recovery Supporters. The Peer Coordinator serves as the direct supervisor of Peer Support staff and is responsible for ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agency standards, OhioMHAS requirements, and best practices in recovery support.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the Peer Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a recovery-oriented environment that promotes client engagement, empowerment, and long-term recovery success.
