Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity
- Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management and BPM Workflows
- Strong understanding of Decision Rules, Decision Tables, and Declarative Rules
- Experience with Data Pages, Activities, Flow Actions, and Sections
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
- Experience with MQ Integration and Pega Connectors
- Working knowledge of Java
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with XML and JSON
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Pega Customer Service
- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Pega Robotics/RPA
- Cloud deployment and cloud-based application environments
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains
- Pega CSSA / CLSA certification
- Experience with AI-enabled development practices and automation
